- Class content: Learn how to use Lighttell test equipment to measure green coffee moisture & density.   Learn what the measurements mean and how to use them when preparing to roast coffee.  Use the same test equipment including color reader to measure roasted coffee.  Learn how to use the measured data to change characteristics of the roasted coffee.
